Top up your credit online via NFCtron Tickets, pay by taping it to a point-of-sale device and track your spending easily online! Thanks to NFCtron, payments in the area will be faster, more transparent, and above all, safer. You won't lose the rest of your credit if you don't spend it all. You can request a free refund of your balance up to 14 days after the event ends. Cash or card payments will not be possible in the venue.

For an even better overview, we recommend downloading the NFCtron mobile app for Android or iOS. After reading the chip using NFC technology, you can clearly see your spending and current balance. You can also rate your purchases in the app, receive notifications about individual orders and conveniently return any remaining funds to your bank account after the event.

Download the NFCtron mobile app to your phone, tap the activated chip and track your spending more comfortably! Thanks to the app, you can rate your orders using stars with comments and give us feedback for future events. In addition, after the event, you can easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days.

FAQ

How do I check my credit balance?

The seller will show you the balance after each order. You can also find your balance in the NFCtron app simply by tapping the chip on the back of your mobile phone. Remember to turn on the NFC function.

I have unspent credit from the event, how can I get it back?

Refunding your credit balance is free of charge and without limitation to accounts held in CZK and EUR. Just request it with a few clicks via your online receipt from the event venue, via NFCtron Tickets or the NFCtron mobile app. The money is refunded to your bank account within 14 days of the end of the event. We do not refund cash.

Conditions of participation in the festival Ostrava in flames 2024

By purchasing a ticket and accepting a wristband, a contract is concluded between the participant and the organizers of the OSTRAVA V PLAMENEYH festival, which are Tip Media s.r.o. ID: 29394261 and Petarda Production a.s., ID: 25382900.

The paid entrance fee is non-refundable and the ticket is non-exchangeable. Forging tickets is inadmissible and punishable by law.

Every festival visitor will receive an identification wristband with an NFCtron payment chip when entering the festival after presenting the ticket. This wristband entitles you to enter the premises and to move within it. The bracelet is not exchangeable. After removing the identification bracelet, the contract becomes invalid.

In the festival area, payment can only be made with electronic chips intended for this purpose, which are part of the identification bracelet. You can charge the chip with cash or by paying with a payment card in the festival area in the immediate vicinity of the sales stands and at the cash desk.

You will receive a receipt with the chip, on which you will find a QR code. You can scan this code with your mobile phone camera and keep track of when, how much, what exactly you paid for and how much you have left to spend. You can recharge the chip at any time. Children under the age of 12 have free entry only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you bring children with you, please equip them with appropriate hearing protection. We are a metal festival and we are very loud.

Accompanying visitors with a ZTP/P card (1 person) has free entry. When entering the premises, please present a valid ID together with your identity card.

For security reasons, it will not be possible to bring any luggage such as backpacks, etc. into the area.

It is forbidden to enter the premises with animals. Please do not stress your animal friends with excessive noise.

Participant with the purchase of a ticket or by receiving the wristband, one undertakes to observe the following Conditions of participation in the OSTRAVA IN FLAMES festival in the entire festival area.

It is prohibited to bring in and use glass containers, cans, umbrellas, flammables, pyrotechnics, weapons, psychotropic substances, objects that threaten safety, laser pointers, sound recording devices and their use, professional cameras and video cameras including telephoto lenses, tripods and their use, bringing your own food and beverages including empty PET bottles, making open fires, entering with animals, distributing or otherwise placing any promotional and advertising materials in the festival area without the written permission of the organizer.

The Organizer Has The Right

in case of violation of the stated conditions, to withdraw from the contract for participation in the festival OSTRAVA V PLAMENEYH and to remove the festival participant from the festival area with the help of the security service and not to let him back without the right to financial compensation, to issue instructions to the festival participants in order to maintain the safe and smooth running of the festival, to change in in case of necessity, with immediate effect, to change the program and its content, including the performers, in the event of unexpected events such as weather conditions, accidents, health status of the performers, etc., to evacuate the area in the event of a suspected threat to the health of the participants or the property of the organizer, such as a natural disaster, terrorist attack, without any compensation for damages or lost profits of the festival participant.

The organizer is not responsible for damage to the property or health of festival participants, unless this damage is caused by a violation of legal regulations by the organizer and is directly related to this violation.

The organizer is not responsible for damage or lost profit in cases excluding its responsibility, such as natural disasters and other force majeure events, or the threat of criminal activity.

Festival Visitors Undertake

Maintain order, behave decently towards other visitors, do not endanger the health and property of participants, organizers and third parties, comply with the conditions of participation in the festival, instructions of the organizers and legal regulations, show identification bracelet if necessary, participate in the festival at your own risk and be responsible for any damage it causes. The visitor to the OSTRAVA IN FLAMES festival agrees that photographs and video recordings of him/her may be used for promotional and other purposes without entitlement to a fee.
